Web Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a rainbow unicorn! A marketing force of nature that loves to make websites easy to find, easy to use and beautiful to look at. This is a NEW role for our team and you’ll be responsible for the entire PrismHR web experience. We want someone who is equal parts amazing marketer, deep technologist and someone who uses customers as their muse.
The Web Marketing Manager is responsible for making the PrismHR website speedy, always on and accessible from any device. You’ll work with the rest of the PrismHR Marketing Team to make campaigns and demand generation come alive on our website. You’ll also make our site a great place for people to come and learn about PrismHR and what it’s like to work there. You’ll also own our search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and execution. You’ll schedule the release trains, get everyone on board and get them into the station on time.
Key Responsibilities (The Details…)
Responsible for the execution of the web strategy through phased releases. Ensure that processes, SEO, metrics, and site optimizations are in place. Ensure that the responsive site is optimized for mobile, tablet, and laptops.
Refine the process for release trains, manage project scope and priorities, and ensure on-time, quality releases. Enhance project management processes to accommodate rapidly changing needs.
Coordinate global project teams, keep detailed project schedules, track tasks and owners, and keep management up-to-date on project status and potential issues. Resolve project, design or resource issues before they cause schedule delays.
Ensure that the PrismHR website is an effective sales channel for demand generation and supports lead capture, qualification and nurturing. Work closely with the demand generation teams to integrate tracking and reporting.
Support the company’s M&A activity with migration of acquired company websites and associated content. Work from a website integration checklist to ensure smooth integrations.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a web marketing / web program website. Part of those 5 years must include overall responsibility for a company’s website.
Strong understanding of development process, including development, testing, and deployment. Understand how to breakdown work, dependencies, and responsibilities.
Understanding and experience in UI/UX best practices including Responsive Design and how to drive site and page engagement.
Working experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hosting Technologies and SEO Tools and Marketing Automation Platforms (ideally Hubspot).
Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles and best practices.
Must have a passion for learning and demonstrable intellectual curiosity. We’re looking for someone who stays up to date on technology and techniques in this space.
Experience managing the work of digital agencies and vendors.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures, grasp technical concepts, and adapt easily to change.
