Account Executive - Staffing Vertical

As an Account Executive, you will target the staffing vertical market to win outsourced payroll/ASO/PEO deals by co-selling with PrismHR HRO Service Providers. You will focus on prospecting, nurturing, placing, and winning deals including an integrated offering of HCM software, payroll, ASO and PEO services. Work closely with HRO Service Providers to provide deal support, including pipeline management, deal reviews, proposal prep, demo support, onsite co-selling, and other sales functions.
SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keen ability to uncover needs and effectively present the value, features and benefits of PrismHR and partner solutions, to meet those needs
Build and maintain relationships with prospect organizations, at all levels, within assigned territory. Effectively build and maintain relationships with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple departments of the company.
Plan and organize personal sales strategy and pipeline within CRM (Salesforce), by thoroughly understanding prospective customer’s business cycles and timing
Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape to educate and inform prospective customers; by assisting them in making well-informed, educated buying decisions
Responsible for delivery of pricing, contract negotiations and closing prospective customers.
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience selling enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) services and software.
Experience selling solutions to the staffing vertical including; payroll, benefits, software and insurances.
Proven ability to effectively manage complex sales cycles, from start to finish, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
Ability to clearly present and effectively overcome objections
A self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively within a fast-paced environment
Desire for an ever-changing, high-growth organization
Strong verbal skills; as most of the selling process occurs over the phone, and on the web prior to on-site meetings
Desire to foster internal relationships / team-driven focus
Ability to Travel, upwards of 25%, within assigned territory; as well as participate in various industry specific trade-shows and events
