Events & Field Marketer
We’re looking for a scientific artist or an artistic scientist. Someone who loves coming up with creative new ways to engage customers and partners while staying focused on driving revenue. You’ll have the freedom to try new things, work closely with Marketing and Sales and engage the largest Human Resource Outsourcing partner network there is. You’ll be responsible for local and regional events and field marketing including our annual PrismHR Live Customer Event.
Partner with Sales Leadership to develop territory and account-level marketing plans that drive pipeline generation and meet booking goals
Develop creative, tailored programs to drive demand in key accounts and vertical industries with a multi-channel, integrated marketing approach
Select, plan and manage participation in regional internal and externally hosted events including our annual PrismHR Live Customer event
Provide communication, training and support for the effective launch of marketing programs to the field sales and sales leadership teams, and communicate results regularly
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs utilizing systems and tools including Salesforce and Marketo to adapt and optimize programs
Be a highly motivated and experienced marketer with a passion for field marketing, brand-building, partner strategies, event planning, and demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and/or partner marketing programs
5+ years experience in B2B technology field marketing
Hands-on experience in event planning including event strategy, goals and execution. This experience should include managing 3rd party vendors to deliver creative and impactful local events, trade shows and large user conferences
Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with sales and marketing to execute programs that had a measurable impact on pipeline growth
Strong business strategy and analytical skills. You should be comfortable explaining what metrics are needed, why and how you would get the data to support them
Excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, high-energy and a readiness to try new things
Proficient with marketing tools, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field from an Accredited College or University is required
Headquarters in Hopkinton, MA. Remote work situations will be considered for this role.
This position will report to the Sr Director, Demand Generation.
